We currently have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all bookings. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show you will be charged the full amount of the hours booked. We also have a 2 hour minimum. Please contact us right away if you need to make ANY changes to the time you booked. A Credit Card on file with a one time $25 deposit is required to book time with us.

The Showcase Room features a stage, large 8'x8' drum riser, lighting rig with controller, large powered QSC PA w/ flown mains, side fills, 4 floor monitors and 2 subwoofers. Soundcraft Si Impact Digital Mixing Console. We also have a comfortable couch and chairs that offer additional seating.
Solo Rates: (for one single person)
Room with PA Only: $17 per hr

Rates for Video Shoots in the Showcase Room:
(DIY Video Shoot)
$50 per hour. Black curtains with Lighting and Lighting controller. 3 hour minimum required for video shoots in this room. Drums and Amps can be included. For this rate you are shooting your own video footage, bringing cameras and any additional audio equipment you need. This also gives you the adjoining room if additional space is needed, or just not having another rehearsal band booked next door during your shoot.

Monthly Storage Lockers:
If you like using your own gear to rehearse but are tired of lugging it from your house to the studio every time, ask us about our storage lockers. We have a total of 7 and offer two sizes. Either 4'x4'x8', or 6'x4'x8'. In order to use our storage lockers we require that you keep a credit card on file with us and also set up to have the payments automatically charged to your credit card each month. It is easy and safe!
4'x4' Storage Lockers (A, B, C) on the Main Hallway--$60 per month. 4'x4' Storage Lockers (D, E, F) just off of the Main Hallway--$50 per month. 4'x6' Storage Lockers (G, H, I) just off of the Main Hallway--$75 per month.
