We currently have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all bookings. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show you will be charged the full amount of the hours booked. We also have a 2 hour minimum. Please contact us right away if you need to make ANY changes to the time you booked. A Credit Card on file with a one time $25 deposit is required to book time with us.

Rates for Video Shoots in the Showcase Room:

Black curtains with Lighting and Lighting controller. 3 hour minimum required for video shoots in this room. Drums and Amps can be included. For this rate you are shooting your own video footage, bringing cameras and any additional audio equipment you need.
