Ok, I've decided to get my self back into working out and feeling better! I took action and recently signed up with a personal trainer, and no not at 24 hr. fitness or chain gym. I really wanted to work with someone who has a positive attitude and keeps me motivated. I came across a company called Innovative Results, Inc. and one of their trainers, Michael Foster. Michael is a former Marine and is also a musician. That's right up my alley, because I too am a former Marine and I work with musicians--close enough!
I wanted to write this blog to encourage anyone, but musicians in particular to want to live a healthy and fit life. I also wanted to write this blog to thank everyone at Innovative Results, Inc. for their help in getting my fitness back on track. Though I have only completed a week of workouts so far, I have had a great time with both Aaron and Michael. They train out of a gym called Next Level Fitness, which is an amazing facility. I feel at home and comfortable, not self conscious about how I look or who is watching.
So I'm sending some love back out into the universe, and letting everyone know what a great team everyone at Innovative Results, Inc. is.
