Ok, so there's no actual relation to The Barry White...but that hasn't stopped Barry Ivan White from having a successful and long career, as a performer/entertainer/producer. We have been blessed with the opportunity to work with Barry here at our studios. Hosting his group of musicians here for a rehearsal, as well as recording a live performance at a prestigious South Laguna hotel for a corporate event.
Barry is an International and Multicultural entertainer. He has performed with artists such as Al Jarreau, Huey Lewis & The News, Leann Rymes, Hootie & The Blowfish, and Phil Driscoll. On the Latin music scene, he has appeared with Los Panchos with Rafael Basurto Lara, Dyango, Jose Jose, Lolita Ayala, Francisco Cespedes, David Torrenz, and Amaury Gutierrez to name a few. One of BARRY’s favorite and most memorable performances was in the Casa Arabesque in Acapulco for the Baron and Baroness Enrique and Sandra D’Portanova where he performed for Luis Miguel, former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, Ricky Martin, Henry Mancini, Shecky Green, Don Johnson, Melanie Griffith, Rebecca De Alba, and other dignitaries.
Barry was also a member of the legendary group, The Platters for just over 20 years.
